Is it ok to use a clear shampoo constantly?

i dont like shampoos that contain dimethicone, so in other words 'moisturizing' conditioners . the reason is i hate how they make my hair feel heavy and weighed down, dull , tangly,sticky .not to mention i find my hair smells kind of weird when i use it alot. so for all those reasons i use a clear shampoo everytime i wash my hair;every other day.my hair never feels dry. it just feels light and soft. i use the new herbal essences body envy line right now. is this ok for my hair? does anyone know of a line of products that are good for my hair type that are geared to people a bit older? id like a better quality shampoo and conditioner.Is it ok to use a clear shampoo constantly?

In my opinion, you must change shampoo every five months, because your hair get used with it.
I think your doing all the right stuff you just need to make sure you dont wash your hair too often because it will take all the natural and essential oils out your hair which makes you hair look good! Washing it too much dries you hair out!
