the conditioner contains oils and silicone that's why it looks cloudyWhy is shampoo clear and conditioner cloudy??
The Pantene shampoo I use is cloudy, like a pearly cream color... but I know it works the best for my hair.
because conditioner has oils in it that might make it cloudy
